The WIFI connection at the event is spotty, will my leads be saved?
No problem. Every lead you capture will be first saved on your device's local storage. Anytime it reconnects to the network, all leads will be synchronized with the Exhibitor Portal.
Can I use Chrome on my iPhone/iPad to use the web app?
Unfortunately no, Apple forbids all browsers except Safari to take videos (needed to scan QR codes)
Why do some of my leads show up on my device but not in the Exhibitor Portal?
As you probably know, WIFI connections at events are not always reliable. When you lose connectivity while scanning badges, the leads will instantly be stored locally on your device, but only be sent to the Exhibitor Portal when you reconnect to the network.
