For event organizers
You've created your event in the dashboard, added your exhibitors, and now you're ready to enable Lead Retrieval—a fully integrated solution, allowing your exhibitors to capture, organize, and download data from potential sales leads, all without installing any third-party app.
To begin, add the Lead Retrieval feature to your event in the dashboard, then click on the Lead Retrieval icon (under Extra):
You will be presented with the current list of exhibitors—if the list is empty, add your exhibitors by clicking the Exhibitor icon.
Simply click the ENABLE button to enable Lead Retrieval for a selected Exhibitor. (The first time you enable an Exhibitor, you’ll be prompted for license purchase—see next section.)
Enter your Exhibitor's contact email in the pop-up, then hit
SEND. We’ll send them a private link to their Exhibitor Portal, along with instructions on staff set-up and lead capture.
Exhibitor status will now change to "Email sent..." and you'll see a newly activated side menu. Once the invitation is accepted, Exhibitor status becomes Active. An invitation may be cancelled, before it becomes Active, by using the side menu. An invitation may also be resent at any time by using the side menu.
Purchasing Lead Retrieval licenses
You’ll need one lead retrieval license for each exhibitor who wants to capture lead data at your event.
You’ll be offered licenses when you enable your first exhibitor (any one of them), or whenever your event license credit is depleted. Simply choose the desired number of licenses in the license pop-up, and enter your payment details. Newly purchased licenses are added to the existing credit.
LICENSES (enabled on your first purchase) to view your current balance and licensed exhibitors.
- If an exhibitor email invitation is canceled, their license is returned to the pool and can be used to enable another exhibitor.
- If an exhibitor is removed from the dashboard, their license is returned to the pool and can be used to enable another Exhibitor.
You can now monitor the activation status of your exhibitors leading up to the event. Read on to learn about what they do with their email invitation. Or see our Lead Retrieval FAQ if you have any questions.
