How do I send Topi logs from my iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch?

Occasionally, we may ask you for usage and diagnostics data from your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch to troubleshoot Topi. Here's how to send us logs in 3 easy steps:

 

1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Diagnostics & Usage

 

2. Select the most recent log file created by Topi

 

3. Select all and click Share to send to help@topi.com, you're done!

It's a bit tedious to select the entire file from beginning to end, but we need all of it.
