You can grant admin privileges to specific users of the mobile app. They will then be able to:

  • delete messages in the live chat
  • approve questions submitted by attendees during sessions

To become an admin of the event:

  1. Log in and join your event on the mobile app. Check out the event preview screen for more information on how to do this
  2. Navigate to the admins screen of the dashboard. It can be accessed via the right-hand column in the main menu of your event setup screen
  3. Click the ADD button at the top right of the dashboard
  4. Scan the QR code using your mobile phone
